General Policy
Web247Exchange.Info's general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. Web247Exchange.Info reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by Web247Exchange.Info if Web247Exchange.Info determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
Web247Exchange.Info forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Web247Exchange.Info reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of Web247Exchange.Info's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Web247Exchange.Info for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials,No pop ups,slide ups,slide ins,boxes closing in 10 to 15 seconds, downloads, frame breakers,Tester sites, Hovering ads,Dating Sites,Click Bank sites or site rotators allowed,Banners must be no larger then (468*60) No text will be accepted,banners,sites or ads with rotation code, PTP sites or pop ups will be removed with loss of credits or cash paid.
Sites for adcpm will no be accepted.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. Web247Exchange.Info will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.

Web247Exchange.Info will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Web247Exchange.Info cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Web247Exchange.Info reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that Web247Exchange.Info services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. Web247Exchange.Info shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
